10/24 These guys Were Everywhere...

The warm front must have have brought them back in. I was lookin' for specs. They tore up my flies and fingers.

What is the minimun length on flatties? Quantity limit?

Depends on where you are in the state, but here in Wilmington the limit is minimum 14" and 8/day inside the inlet and out.

Chris, those are some good looking fish. I heard tell of a few monsters (10 lbs +) that came out of the ditch last week.

I've never seen so many, so concentrated. Easiliy caught 16-20 in about 2 hours. They were bustin' bait in 1-2 ft. of water.

I've been in Harker's the last few weekends, but plan on fishing the river this coming weekend if the weather holds out (cross your fingers). Hopefully I'll run into a few of those babies.
