11/5 Murray Report

Left work a little early and got rewarded with a great afternoon of schooling action. The water opened up and never slowed down. First a wave of green fish rolled in and after 45 minutes of catching largemouth the stripers showed up in force. Lots of cookie cutter 15" to 18" stripes. 30 minutes before dark the bigger girls showed up. Switched to a clouser and had 2 fish run hard and break me off. Upgraded tippet and the game was on. Landed 3 more before they stayed down.

I'm assuming this is Lake Murray? The stripers have been picking up here lately and the largies are hittin topwater in the shallows. Regardless, sounds like a good afternoon.
