Anybody know if there is cell coverage at Shady Valley? The Ms. wants to know

Cell tower right up the hill from the camp site. I have Sprint and have 4 bars at the camp site. Once you leave it depends on which mountian your on top of or which way the valley is running.

Last year I had 4 bars with Verizon at the campsite. No problemo.

Last year my cell had great reception at the campsite.

I have enough minutes that, within reason, I'll loan my phone to anyone who doesn't have coverage.

The tower you can see from the campground is a Cingular tower. Of course they network with all other major carriers, so there's no problem.

The funny thing, though, is that there is a peculiar filter on that tower that blocks out all business calls....

Don't say I asked this, but, do they block out Mrs. calls too?

All the cells I have been in have been covered. You shouldn't worry about such minor things....
