Great post, and that's some beautiful scenery.

It took me a long time to become convinced water like that could hold fish. I'm still amazed when I'm fishing a shallow little stretch, and I feel like I can see every rock and nook in it, and all of the sudden a few of those pebbles turn into a trout.

Great report and beautiful pics, Wulff-I love the way your narrative supports and complements the pics. It's very instructive in a way. And like many on this board, I feel like a 9" fatty brook trout is the blue-line equivalent to a hog. I love 'em.
