I caught one small rainbow, not really worth taking a picture of, but that's about it. No complaints from me; it was nice just to get out there Also, the water was nice and high; it's probably running twice as high as I'm used to, and it wasn't muddy from run-off. Hopefully, in the next couple of weeks I'll have a chance to spend a longer day there, but I'm happy with what I got today.

Don,t feel badly, since the joint stocking efforts by both S.C .and Ga., were set back by a delivery Helicopter trout basket loss, before stocking was finished, and the river high flows will affect fish densities, this early in the D/H.......there seems to be a lot of the S.E. D/H waters so affected, this year! Should be a big improvement,in Nov., if a rain event stays away, and stocking schedules are met! Still go back, since most marginal waters carried over some good fish last summer.......making for some surprising results.....that,s trout fishing! Good luck, Rocketroy P.S. You were @ the Hwy. 28 bridge, weren,t you? Above the Burrell Ford bridge,is not D/H stocked!
