That creek is far from being secret. I took the flyfishing columnist for the Roanoke Times there last year. He promised not to write specifics, but he did anyway. Let's just say the article was not becoming of the location, but he left with great respect for the incredible fishing. It was an accurate article though, and the director of the WV DNR got his bristles up over it and things are starting to happen. Public sewage is starting to go in up through a few of the towns, prisoners have been detailed to litter clean up, and Conservation Officers are out every day writing tickets for poaching and litter.
