Glad you had a good day and everything worked out for you. Congrats on a day of firsts for you.

You did quite well for your first trip to the Clinch. Many people who I take there the first time are very discouraged when I hand them a #20 midge pattern to fish with. However, zebra midges and blood midges never disappoint on that river. Some people just can't adapt to that style, but you sir did well.

Thank you, Travis!! As mentioned in my first post of this thread, I owe a lot to you on pointing me in the right direction. I consider myself very lucky as my two companions wound up with 4 between them the same day. Maybe I was just lucky.

That is the perfect set up. I am saving up for something just like that. As for the fish ... ... Great report.
