Dads 'N' Kids Volunteers / Need List

Okay, Y'all........Here's what we got/need:

Friday Night Dinner: Bkatz + The McStreamer Boys + Pim & Alyssa
Saturday Breakfast: FFNC + Steven + Dad/Grandpa
Saturday Night Dinner: Christensen + Ben & Demi + gqualls + Emily
Sunday Breakfast:Adamsdadd + Adam + Jason Baker + Kira

Breakfast can be muffins, pastries, etc.....easy stuff. Hot Chocolate for the kids (I'm bringin' th' Goooormay Coffee)

You're on your own for lunch.

Sign up in this thread and I'll add your names to the task list.

NOW.........We Need:
Firewood....Lots of Firewood - Pansyman - Nathaniel will be the Keeper of the Fire.
Shelters (like pop-ups, etc.)
Lanterns DD (1)
A Few Burners for COFFEE! (Stoves or Burners)Devinsdad
Snacks for the kids (Especially Marshmellers!), but also chips, cookies, etc. - Fleming13
Kid Drinks - Sodas, Juice Boxes, etc. - WVYOU
Cups, Bowls, Plates, Plastic Utensils - Devinsdad

We have a medic volunteer, but bring band-aids, etc. for the inevitable cuts, scrapes, & scratches. Trust me on this.

Let me know what you can bring, and I'll post a list as we go.

I think that's it for now. Suggestions and reminders are welcome. DD is bringin' th' Big Azz Cook Tent.

I have the blow torch burner and a camp stove
Big Azz Cook Tent in tow.
I also have a 4 gallon pot, and big bowl I will bring along.

I will check with Roger on the Firewood supply and report back.

I also have a lantern

We will need some water jugs if a few can bring them..

I would also like to Nominate Nathaniel(GQualls) and Adam (Lone Wolf) for Campfire duty as they did a fine job last year...

I'll bring a large pot, a bottle of DAWN, some pot scrubbers, and marshmellers.
Nathaniel will gladly be keepr of the fire with Adam.
As far as assignment, put me where you need me.

I've got a 12x12 pop-up shelter, 5 gallon water jug/dispenser, 2-burner propane stove, lantern, and I can certainly help with a meal.

I also have a few extra camp chairs, just speak up and I'll bring them.

I also have around 8 plastic camp plates and large tumblers.

Do we need another 10x10 pop up tent/shelter?
Tarp, if we need to cover something.

We can pitch in on cleanup or prep

Cooks listen up. If you need bread PM me. I'll get all the bread, hot dog and hamburger buns, bag donuts, sweet cake snakkie things. I can get small generic bottles of kool aid, I think they are called jugs? But I need some numbers or a spending limit.

I can get it cheaper than the grocery store + 10% discount. I just need to order it about a week in advance.

I can bring an azz-load of firewood, and a sampling of things I killed this year for nightly hours-du-vours.
I'M GLAD TO BE GALLEY ENDENTURED SERVENT on Sat AM or as needed.
Why don't one of you organized dudes make a list and we can send $ now for communal food or pay up on site. If jason can get the GBD (good buddy deal), cool better him than The evil empire

As of this Moment there are 25 Adults and 27 kids signed up.

Yes the extra E Z UPs are welcome.... they saved our butts last year during the brief rain we had. The Tarps did too....

Jason - your snackie things are a great idea

I would think Jule would agree.....

Send no money now, we will pay up at camp... this has worked well the past few years.... Our goal is to keep this simple........as long as we can.

I think you are confusing me with someone else. I didn't do campfire duty last year. Lone Wulff = Keith (My son's name is Adam and he didn't do campfire duty either - too young). I'll gladly help with it though if you need me. Other than that I can be a galley slave whenever needed.

I'll bring some paper plates, cups, utensils, and chips. I also have a camp stove if needed.
