Davidson River 04/28/06
Fished the Davidson near the Hatchery on Friday. Has some success on the typical midge larva and had my tippet to leader not break on me. Hasn't happened in awhile so I guess I forgot to put an extra turn in that barrel knot. Things picked up at dusk and several browns were caught on midge dries in the slower stretch near Humble Hole. Browns and Rainbows ... the brookies didn't want to cooperate yesterday.
