One of our cooks ( Sir Disco) is unable to make the Fall Show due to extenuating circumstances.

Rather than PM everyone I will ask if there is some one who can help us out, JT is cooking Gumbo Saturday night, and Bamboo 10 has Breakfast covered, but we need a cook for Friday Night Supper for around 27 people.

Any help you weekend Chefs could provide will be appreciated...

if no one else has a better offer i could "try" and make beef stroganoff (spelling?) for everyone...brandy says its good but thats smaller proportions
