The Fall Show sign up thread.
The Fall Show will be held at Nantahala Wesser Campground on October 5th - 7th. Early birds can arrive October 4th. The deposit will be $25 plus an additional $7 for early birds. Dinner will be provided Friday and Saturday evenings. Breakfast will be provided Saturday morning. You can camp in a tent, pop up camper or your vehicle. There are no hook ups. The camp has a bath house with hot showers but the bath house is not heated.
Make your deposit checks out to Bob Thomas and mail them to him at 311 Hillcrest Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078. Cutoff date for sign up is Friday, September 28th. Do Not send a signed liability waiver with your deposit. All liability waivers will be signed and turned in at the campsite. We will have copies available at the campsite. We will also have a sign in sheet and everyone must sign in.
We will need a cook, a cooks helper and two clean up persons for each of the three meals.

I will Post your name when I receive your deposits.... I will be on Vacation Next week and will be having the post office hold my mail....
It will be the 27th before I post anything that comes in next week.
I will also post a copy of the waiver tomorrow ( it is on the PC at work) for everyone to review. As David said,we will have everyone sign them when you get to camp.

I hate these things man! I'm like GREAT, i'm goin, nothing better in the world...then the sad realization that its forever away hits me. My days went from lasting 24 hours to about 73 hours.
Whats everyone plannin on fishin' when we get there?
