Good luck at Harkers

Well, if it wasn't for the Fly Expo this weekend, I'd be there. Lots of good reports and indicators are that excellent fishing will continue well into Nov. A couple of friends are down there now. Yesterday was hit or miss...but picked up a few and lost several. Found lots of fish up inside the bight...which is the calmest water down there. Fish were not staying up long and a spinning rod allowed them to get a spoon and fly combo into the busting fish really quick before they sounded. Also hooked up on the fly rod. Good luck.

We'll be up there again Friday through Sunday. Hope the weather holds, past few weekends have been hit-or-miss weather-wise but the fishing has been outstanding.
