Can anyone recommend a good crawfish pattern for smallmouth, and where I might obtain a few?

Looking for a simple, but effective, pattern in sizes 8 and 10.

Jim Andrix's lil bugger.

It imitatates a molting juvenile crayfish and the smallies eat it up like candy. Guess those little molters are a delicacy to the fish.
Easy tie, too.
Tan rabbit fur for the tail, brown ostrish herl body, copper bead, tied on a size 10 streamer hook. Try it, you'll like it.
Fish it on a dead drift and watch out
