Left Behinds Nov 7-9? ...or is 14-16 better?

With several people not being able to make the fall show, myself included, is there any interest in another "Left Behinds" gathering in Cherokee the weekend of Nov. 7-9?

We've been doing this for 5 or 6 years, now, and usually have a decent turnout. We've always used the KOA on Big Cove Rd, because those Kamping Kabins sure are nice when the outside temperature dips into the 20's, but but these past 2 years, management has been less than accommodating....

Anyway, let me know if y'all are interested. Also, if some of the y'all from the Cherokee/Bryson City area have suggestions for alternate locations, let's hear them.

I was planning on attending the Left Behind gathering again this year since I can't make the Fall Show, but I've already booked a job for that weekend (Nov. 7-9). I was really hoping that it would be the next weekend (Nov. 14-16). Looks as if I'll miss both of them this year.

If anything changes and you have to move it back a week, let me know.

Well, the date is not really fixed, so it does depend on who can make it when. The next weekend is the 14-16, but that's still 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. If that's a better date just say so. I can go either way.

I'm interested.
I cannot attend the Fall Show due to my best friend and his son coming here to Blowing Rock this weekend, and they have booked a day on a private stream for us. I hope to put them on some private stream hawg trout.

Last year's Left Behinds Show was a blast (even if I wrecked my car, broke my reel, it was 27 degrees every morning, and I got stung by yellowjackets.)
Paul, lemme know the details when you firm them up, eh? I can bring Beth's chili and corn bread, if I can get the days off...

I'm off the 14-16th date so it may be doable for me. Haven't been to a Left Behind in many years.

My Vote

The 14th to the 16th would work for me, but I am unavailable the 7th - 9th. Just let me know what is decided.
