Cool trip Bill! I recognized most of everywhere you were. A bunch of it was 15-30 minutes from my house.
The food rocks at Rivers End, did you guys try their chili by chance?

I'd love to try a trip something like that. Gotta get a diffrent bike first though. I cant take anything with me on the Ninja except for what I can get in a tank bag and a backpack. It has undertail exhaust so tail bags aren't an option.

Yes, I have had the "sherpa" chili or whatever they call it. It's pretty much all great, especially when you're cold, tired, and hungry. There's more of the report to come. I've been kind of slow getting it all together, but the trip just got better and better. We will definitely be doing this again. In fact, it was so much fun, we might just make it a regular thing and we'd love to have more join us. Pick up a dual-sport and you will never look back! They're pretty much the perfect fly-fishing assault vehicle.
