Ol' Humpy--not related to the race track owner--still grabbin' flies

Went down to the pond yesterday and was surprised by the fishing: 4 bass and a nice 'gill. Caught Ol' Humpy again. I remember when he was a 1/2 lb. pellet bass a few years ago. His 'handicap' doesn't seem to bother him.

Used the same fly on all the fish. If anyone knows what this big-eyed, rubber-legged, Clouser-type fly is, please let me know. I think I'm out of them.

That was a nice bluegill

I caught a 14" bass about 10 years ago that looked like a Z. Similar to your but his deformity was more towards the middle of his body. That was not appearing to suffer either.

Uh...what did?

Yes, Neuse, you are correct--the fly's a Rainey's carp tease.

"Weird" is not politically correct. You mean the fish is "rear appendagely" challenged. And gee, Cowboy, why would I send you pics of "cowboys"...Hmmm. Ok, here's another "cowboy":
