It is an attitude, I was just agreeing with the quote. People both young and old are getting caught up in all the new technology that continues to "revolutionize" the sport. Do you we really need large arbor reels with offset disc drags for fish that don't typically exceed 12 inches? No. But I digress. Maybe I should have posted my likes and dislikes about being from the new school before jumping in eh?

Likes: Fly fishing films (they are really starting to show the fly fishing isn't just for people 30 and up anymore). Switch Rods, super hair, sleeping in the dirt, big furry streamers.

Dislikes: Orvis, trash, hole campers, dry fly purists (not really a dislike, but it just annoys me sometimes ).
