the title of the section is "ripped off and theft information" ....I would caution you to make sure you have rock solid evidence though......other than that...if you can keep the rest of us from possibly being taken....I'd say your justified

Assuming you tried privately to resolve the issue with said person and didn't have any luck doing so, I wouldn't mind a PM letting me know whats up.
Ive been buying a decent amount of stuff off the classifieds, but so far Ive had nothing but good luck. so far.

( Except that Eugene sold me a nice reel that doesnt catch fish ) lol.
