Running out of days this month...getting on a plane on TH, returning Sun. Not sure if I am checking or taking the 4 piece 4 wt. as carry on or not. Don't know if I'll get to fish any more days this month. Lot of pressure to deal with so I and hit a farm pond that I have been fishing since I was three and got some relief. Except when I was three I wasn't using a popper/dropper.

On a green weenie no less. Sure enough, green them, catch fish. Ole cheatie weenie strikes back.
Went back there really early this morning. Caught some feesh in the faster stretches on the weenie and one nice one stripping a huge flash a bugger. What a diffrence rain can make there.. now I need to find a decent camera. I am becoming mighty addicted to that creek, although I still hate fishing there.
