Streamer: Update on my Mom

So here's the deal..........
My mom has 4 arterial blockages that must be opened up, so Friday a.m., she is going to have 4 stints installed near her heart. I am told that the procedure is very easy and has become so common that it is not even considered major surgery.
BUT...............

Mom is 83 years old, and there are some concerns about her blood pressure issues during the procedure.
SO...............

I hope that y'all will say some extra prayers for her tonight or tomorrow morning. Her name is Dorothy (Dot) Lockaby., and she is at St. Francis Hospital in downtown Greenville, S.C..
I'm driving down tomorrow to hold her hand and make arrangements for her heart rehab at a place called Oakmont East near Travelers Rest, S.C., where they'll be moving her on Sat. a.m. barring any complications.

Thank you all for your continued good wishes and prayers. It means a lot to me.

By the way, when I told Mom that I had a bunch of fly fishermen and women praying for her, she said, "Well, you can't have a better group than that praying for you. After all, Jesus picked fishermen to be his disciples, and I believe that they were His favorites, don't you?"

Yes ma'am, I do.

We'll be praying for your mom. I think she was right about Jesus. He had a tax collector, a thief, and a bunch of fisherman as his disciples. Either he knew they had the patience to listen and learn, or he just liked to eat fish.
