My Kitchen...

Boys, once you have made it, you just quit buying it. I cannot buy it as good as I can make it, IMO. It's really fun too. Get to get up early and build a fire and drink beer all day long . But, you cant drink that fancy pantsy beer like all of those weird wheat thangs. Natty or Bud Light, only two options. I prefer the Natty Light my self, but some have been known to choose bud light from time to time.

Outside of my kitchen, Red Pig in JC (Johnson City). It may not be the very best BBQ i have ever had, but the sides are awesome and the dude that runs the place is a striaght pimp.

You mean "Canoe Beer" because it is the closest thing to water you can drink.


I agree, cooking your own can spoil you. I normally start around 3:00 am or just not go to bed in the first place. Rub the pork in a 50/50 mix of white pepper and salt. And of course, I don't drink water.
